We truly appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from our store.

If within 30 days of ordering, you are not satisfied with a recent purchase, you can return the merchandise for a refund less shipping and handling. All refunds are for the value of the merchandise only. Merchandise must be in re-saleable new condition, and is subject to a 25% restocking fee and the product must be shipped in it's original carton. Sorry about this, but everyone wants to buy fireplace products in a factory sealed container. To return an item to us you must call us to obtain an authorization number at 951-487-0749, the shipping carton must also have a return shipping label on the box or we will not accept the item back in our warehouse. If the merchandise is damaged we will replace it free of charge or if you would just like a refund the 25% restocking fee will apply.

No refunds on sale merchandise. All sales final!

If the product is damaged, or defective upon arrival, we will replace it free of charge.
